Japanese Notan style Christmas Cards

Pupils produce achristmas card after finding out about japanese notan art and a discussion about positive and negative space.

mr lewis's card. the notan didn't quite fit on the card though so didn't look as good. in the end we cut 13cm by 18cm black rectangles to fit on one half of an a3 piece of red card.
